A flight attendent recently revealed that British Airways has at least seven configurations of the A321. With 11 A321s registered with the UK CAA, that pretty much means that well over half have different seating layouts.

The only way to tell which configuration you'll be on, is when you come to check-in or change your seat online. This configuration, however, was used on BA flight 355 from Nice to London Heathrow.

It differs from the first generic A321 configuration in that business class extends only as far as row seven, rather than row 11.
