BMI used to have several different configurations of the A321 aircraft but since being acquired by Lufthansa has gradually tidied up its A321-200 fleet of which it has a total of seven aircraft.
It uses this on mid-haul routes in a two-class only configuration, being 149 passengers, 118 in economy and 31 in business.
As of November 2010 the fleet is also having a refresh with new brown leather seating introduced.
