Turkish no longer lease this aircraft from India's Jet Airways and the new configuration therefore features Turkish's own cabin. Turkish have dispached with First class on this aircraft preffering its new fully flat Business class product and the new Comfort Class as well as the economy cabin. They are used mainly on the Istanbul-New York route.
