Singapore Airlines received the world's first A380-800 aircraft and currently has one of the biggest super jumbo fleets. Seating configuration on the A380 is as follows:
Lower Deck
Economy class is 311 seats in a 3-4-3 configuration (A,B,C - D,E,F,G - H,J,K)
First class is 12 seats in a 1-2-1 configuration (A - C,D - F)
Upper Deck
Economy class is 88 seats in 2-4-2 (A,C - D,E,F,G - H,K)
Business class is 60 seats in a 1-2-1 configuration (A - D,F - K)
As of June 2011 the upper deck economy section has been replaced with Business class, making the upper deck all Business class in the new configuration, as can be seen here.
