The business cabin on the 747 is split into two, with a small cabin downstairs and another upstairs. Seating is 2-3-2 downstairs (A,C - D,E,F - H,K) and 2-2 upstairs (A,C - H,K).
Upstairs is usually best as it is quieter. Row 17 has unlimited space, but is by the door so may be cold. Downstairs, the front row faces the washrooms and the galley.
