Flight search
Malaysia Airlines' long-haul business cabin offers a pod-style seat which turns into an inclined flat-bed. The cabin is furnished in subtle dark blue and cream shades giving a classy feel.
All new aircraft are fitted with state of the art cabins including a new Business class product with angled lie flat seats and fold out privacy dividers.
Seats are fitted with 10.4" screens. On most aircraft, the system is on demand with more than 100 films.
Passengers on Boeing aircraft can send and receive messages to and from mobile phones on the ground and send, receive and read e-mails mid-air.
The menu include lamb shank bathed in Sarawak black pepper sauce, baked North Atlantic black cod and award-winning satay, plus cheese from the Tarago River Cheese Company of Australia. Meals are served on Wedgwood China with Italian glassware.
Beverages include South African Rooibos tea, fruit juices, designer water from Ty Nant, Sri Lankan Watte Series teas, plus Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee.

Check in I checked in online for my MH001 flight from heathrow t4 to kuala lumpur. This did not give me much benefit as I'd already phoned them a few weeks earlier to make sure I had a seat on the upper deck. On arrival at the airport I was checked in very quickly and on my way through security to the lounge. Security was via a fast track lane which didn't work too... more

SYD-KUL-SYD in business class on a B747-400 in December 2010. Priority check-in at SYD and KUL was quick, efficient and very friendly. No fast-track through immigration and security at SYD on departure but fast-track available on arrival and departure in KUL and arrival in SYD, which was very welcome.
