Delta has two types of the B777-200 aircraft: an Extended Range (ER) version and a Long Range (LR) version. Each has a different configuration.

The B777-200LR shown here carries a total of 276 passengers in a two-class configuration of 233 economy class passengers seated in a 3-3-3 configuration (A,B,C - D,E,F - G,H,J) and 43 in the new fully-flat Business Elite seats in a 1-2-1 herringbone configuration (A,C - D,F - G,J). 

This aircraft is used on very long sectors such Delta's service between Atlanta and Mumbai, which can take up to 18 hours. Despite the lengthy journey time, economy passengers still have to put up with a seat pitch of only 31-32 inches.
